She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Clarence Bilbrey and Lou Ethel "Lulu" Strode Bilbrey; her former husband Edward Leon Anderson; her husband W. C. Howell; her siblings, Sid Bilbrey, Aaron Bilbrey, James Bilbrey, Lloyd Bilbrey, Joan Bilbrey Dailey and Catherine Butler; her son-in-law Mark Dudney Carlisle; her granddaughter Amanda Carlisle Conway; and her grandson-in-law Michael Rainey.
She is survived by: her children, Edward "Preacher" Anderson (Patty) and Marie Anderson Carlisle; her sisters, Ozina Smith (Doug) of Radford, VA and Elizabeth Crawford of Lebanon, TN; her grandchildren, Melanie Carlisle Rainey of Gainesboro, Molly Carlisle Upchurch (John) of Cookeville, Leon Albert Anderson of Nashville, Marki Carlisle Brown (Chase) of Cookeville, Amy Anderson Carty (Luke) of Cookeville, Morgan Carlisle Capps (Kevin) of Whitleyville and McKenzie Carlisle Pippin (Billy) of Cookeville; her grandson-in-law Joseph Conway of Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Paul Rainey, Marissa Rainey, Mallorie Rainey, Riley Conway, Emmett Brown, Tatum Brown, Owen Capps and Judah Carty. She is also survived by several brother-in-laws, sister- in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
