She was predeceased by: her father Huell Smith; her grandparents, Oak, Zona Buck, Sanford and Lola Smith; her great-uncle Paul; and her great-aunt Elizabeth Chilton.

She is survived by: her daughter Alyson Raye Tidwell; her stepdaughter Ashley Vogt; her mother Nellie Smith; her sisters, Vanessa Fish (Jimmy) and Michelle Schrader; her nephews, Cameron Fish, Connor and Preston Schrader; and her niece Lindsey Fish.
