She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Norwood and Florence Henson Norwood; her husband Orlando F. McCafferty; and her siblings, Edward Norwood, Neal Norwood, Stanley Norwood, Harvey Norwood, Clifford Norwood, Lloyd Norwood and Virgie Wairse.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Castro (Randy) of Cookeville, TN, Vicki Dorris (Bernice) of Smyrna, TN, Perry McCafferty of Smyrna, TN and David McCafferty (Joanne) of Murfreesboro, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
