He is survived by: his wife Sheila Babcock Pemberton; his sons, Bryan Pemberton (Rani) of Oak Ridge, TN, Jeff Pemberton (Jennifer) of Clinton, TN, Kendrick Pemberton (Stefani) of Corryton, TN and Rusty Maxwell (Naomi) of Tipp City, OH; his siblings, Craig Pemberton of Venedocia, OH and Brenda Pemberton Tate (John) of Robbins, TN; his sister-in-law Rita Pemberton (Scott); his grandchildren, Dylan Pemberton, Jeremiah Pemberton, Anasten Pemberton, Taylor Pemberton, Elizabeth Maxwell and Ethan Maxwell; and his nieces and nephews, Annette Lewis, Natalee Tate, Cassandra Hicks, Sierra Hamby, John Tate, Jeremy Pemberton and Jason Pemberton.
