She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Alfred and Allie Gore Copeland; and her husband Jim South. She is survived by: her daughter Katie Elizabeth Stubblefield (Eliza Solorzano) of Long Beach, CA; and her sister Sue Eldridge of Livingston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
