He is survived by: his wife Jesse Marie Smith; his siblings, Linda Kay Brightbell, Diana Kernell, Patricia Elaine Foster, Timmy Paul Smith and Mark Lee Smith; and his daughters, Angie Smith and Amanda Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
