She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Frady and Dora Bradley Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Celesta Slaven of Cookeville, TN. and Darrell Slaven; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jaylee, Aislynn and Reubin; and her siblings, Francis, Reva, Toby, Johnny and Tommy. She is also survived by nieces nephews and cousins.
