He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Pennycuff and Delta Pennycuff (Choate); and his wife Lillie Pennycuff. He is survived by: his son Jeff Pennycuff; his grandson Dalton Pennycuff; and his sister Jean Anderson (Robert).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (2106 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, TN 38570). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
