He is survived by: his mother Betty Rose Rich (West); his wife Tonia Rich (Belcher); his children, Mary Elizabeth Daniels, Jolie Ann Daniels, George Russell Rich, William Louis Rich and Jamie Ray Rich; and his sisters, Tammy Qualls (Robert) and Carolyn Wicks. He is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
