He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Daniel and Mildred Murdoch (MacMurtry); and his sister Doris. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Jean Hughes (Kenneth) and Tom Murdoch; his sisters, Peggy Bloss (Bob) and Pat Marquardt (John); and his close friend Bolena. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
