He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Joseph and Minnie Elisabeth Allie (Palmer); his wife Carol Allie; his children, Ronald Allie (Beth) of Indiana, Edward Harter (Jamie) of Howell and Julie Horner (Tim) of Linden; his grandchildren, Faith Allie, Nathan Allie, Dayna Ratliff (Mike), Phillip Worvie, Ben Harter (Julie), Matthew Harter (Liz), Shannon Stehle (Shaun), Alicia Hoffman (Billy), Douglas Stehle (Tianna), Darren Stehle, Jordynn Horner, Tyler Horner (Amber) and Phylicia Powers (Dennis); his brother Russ Allie; his nephews, Russ Allie, Jr. (Lynn) and Brad Stephenson (Colleen); his daughter Tamela Worvie; and his siblings, Bill Allie and Mary Stephenson.
