He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille "Bobbie" Niblack; his daughter Margaret Ann; and his sisters, Mary and Mabel. He is survived by: his children, Rival Niblack-DeCaire (Frank), Robert Niblack II (Luanne) and Gregory Niblack (Janet); his grandchildren, Robert Matthew Niblack (Ren), Brooke Jordan, Bryan Jordan, Colton Niblack, Elysia Niblack and Isaac Niblack (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Lila, Dashel, Alice, Amalia, Sabrina, Lydia, Leo and Carson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
