She is survived by: her husband John Joseph Penkowski; her daughter Donna Ann King (Richie); her grandchildren, Lisa Marie Boutwell (Forrest), Laura Ann Maness (David) and Precious; her great grandchild Drake Wyatt Boutwell; her siblings, Terri Soucek (John), Antoinette Hancock (Dan) and Bill Karpinski (Mary Jane); and her friends, Robby and Val Wolfe.
In Lieu of flowers the family has set up a Savings Account at the Bank Of Perry County that is designated for a headstone.
