She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Felner Hinson and Clovia Irene Brewer Hinson; her brother Glen Hinson; and her great grandchild Alaina Laws. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Mathis of Linden, TN; her children, David Mathis of Hohenwald and Amanda Brown (Phillip) of Linden, TN; her grandchildren, Sam Brown, David Mathis, Jr. and Hannah Mathis; her great grandchild Hudson Laws; and her siblings, Mick Gray, Larry Gray, Gaylon Gray and Melinda Corbin.
