He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bush and Retta Bush; his wife Sally Martuch; his daughter Bethany (Craig Rockman); his grandchildren, Richard Koester and Kali (Partha Nandi); and his great grandchildren, Annie, Ellie Koester, Charley Beth Holcomb, Partha, Shaan and Rakhi Nandi. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
