It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kay Szegi of Linden, Tennessee, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean E. Mardis and Margaret Mardis (Chappel); her husband James Szegi; her daughter-in-law Marie Mitch; and her sister-in-law Sue Mardis.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Mitch (Donna) of Linden, Thomas Mitch of White Lake and Barry Mitch (Jennifer) of Hartland; her grandchildren, Jessi, Carl, Danny, Thomas, Steven, Kristen and Barry, Jr.; and her siblings, Gretta Seageren of Milford, Barry Mardis of Howell and Jean DePlanche of Howell. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
