He is survived by: his children, John "Jack" Kostka of Lincoln, William Kostka of San Jose, CA, David Kostka of Tucson, AZ, Jeanne Baruth (Marty) of Tampa, FL, Timothy Kostka of Tampa, FL and Mary Frances "Frannie" Cummings (Tom) of Tampa, FL; his sister Joyce Wilson of Grand Blanc; and his niece Sue (Scott Ward) of Linden. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
