He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Doyle Goins and Ethel Gregory. He is survived by : his mother Hoyle Edward "Skip"; his wife Tabitha Freeman Goins; his step-son Zackary Freeman; his children, Justin Proffitt (Brittany), Mercedes Taylor (Kevin) and Amber Hickey; his siblings, Gregory Goins (Chelsea), Doyle Goins (Sinda), Craig Goins, Ashley Bosley (Tommy) and Christine Renfro; and his grandchildren, Riley Proffitt, Carter Proffitt, Emmaline Cavins and Erin Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
