He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Jeffery Blackburn, Sara Hetchler (Jamie) and Charles "CJ" Blackburn; his adoptive daughter Kori Reynolds; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jordan, Zachary and Sophia; his mother Phyllis Hill; and his siblings, Dawn Clark (Ian), Melissa VanHove (Jim), Kurt Hill (Kerri), Michael Hill (Kathryn), Steve Hill and Kathy Bevins (Tilden). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
