He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Joseph and Blanche Stayt (Yonker); his wife Ida Mae Harvey August; his great grandchild Austin Jeffers; and his siblings, Arthur Stayt and Bertha Badgero.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Jones (Alvin) of Flint, Kenneth Stayt (Vicky) of Fenton, Judith Finch (Steve) of Arizona, Rebecca Jeffers (John Nolkemper) of Fenton and Allen Stayt (Hyon Ju); and his brother-in-law Edmund Harvey (Mabel). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
