He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Cudworth and Shirley Cudworth (Huard); and his sister Arthalynn Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Leatha; his daughters, Kimberly McCarthy (Kevin) of Novi and Michelle Crain (Rod) of Linden; and his grandchild Alexandria of Aidan, Alyssa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
