She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Gracik. She is survived by: her husband Lee; her sons, Jason, Dustin and Joseph Rogers; her grandchildren, Micah and Harper; her mother Veronica Gracik; and her siblings, Tom Gracik (Laurie), Linda Potts (Scott), Jerry Gracik (Julie), Jim Gracik (Sharon), Lori Wojahn (Jeff) and Lisa Frappier (Joe). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial contributions in Barbara's name to assist with medical expenses.
