She was predeceased by: her parents, Byrd Rufus Pennell and Amy Cecil White Pennell; her husband Albert Allen Foust; her son Ted Marshall Reiter, Jr.; and her siblings, Gaynell Pennell, Herman, Bill and Garrell Pennell.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Strickland (Greg) of Linden, TN, Patricia Anderson (Ron), Deb Watson (John), Steven Foust (Debbie) and Roger Foust; and her granddaughter Alyssa Strickland. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and many friends.
