He is survived by: his wife Katrina Hendrix; his children, Casey Hendrix (Megan) and Emily Hendrix; and his siblings, Dennis Lee Hendix, David Brian Hendrix, Keith Henley, Rita Moore, Donna Crisp, Kathy Hendrix and Lisa Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
