He is survived by: his wife Makita Cullen; his children, Lee Edward Baker "Eddie", Sullivan Dale "Van" Cullen, Malakai Daniel "Kai" Cullen and Olivia Ryan "Liv" Cullen; his parents, Bill Cullen and Libby Cullen of St. Petersburg, FL.; his siblings, Beth Coriarty (Greg), Kathy Enot (Mike), Leanne Strubhar (Keith), Bill Cullen Jr. (Carol), Christie Smotzer (Rob) and Jim Cullen (Chrissy); and his mother-in-law Brenda Church. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as twenty-nine nieces and nephews.
