He was predeceased by: his father Frank Hetrick; and his grandparents, Richard Scott Fetzer and Jacqueline Fetzer of Brookville, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his mother Janet Fetzer Jones; his wife Marsha; and his child Taylor. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
