She was predeceased by: her husband McClellan Akins; her daughter Melissa Akins; and her brother Frank Bradley. She is survived by: her children, Sandra McGonigal (Jeff), Brad Akins (Rebecca) and Eric Akins; her grandchildren, Lil J. McGonigal (Tidbit), Samantha Akins, Erica Akins, Timmy Akins and Matthew Akins; and her sisters, Carolyn Laughter and Elizabeth Norton.
