He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Stevenson and Virginia Stevenson; and his siblings, Albert L. "Tookum" Stevenson Jr., Alberta "Tina" Thomas, Fannie Mae Campbell, Virginia Wells, Savannah Dickson, Ada Peeler Avery and Jerry Stevenson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia Pirtle, Mary Lucy Edwardson of Johnson City, Annette Stevenson of Limestone, Douglas Stevenson of Johnson City and Henry Stevenson of Greeneville. He is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
