He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa Lee Shelton Fann; his son Byrl Lee Fann Jr.; his parent Byrl Jefferson Fann; and his siblings, Pansy Hartman, Bobby Fann, Lyle Fann, Kyle Fann, Eugene Fann and Michael Fann.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Keys Fann; his daughter Tammy Baines (Troy Kiser); his grandson Matthew Baines (Tracie); his great grandchildren, Paisley Ann Baines and Peyton Lawing; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
