She is survived by: her daughter Karen Gail; her children-in-law, Jack Culbert and Jean Richards; her grandchildren, Mike, Candy Bader, Sandy, Randy Ottinger, Houston, Sandra Culbert, Jill Culbert, Karen, Steve Overstreet, Barbara Richards, Jorge Medina, Kelly, Crystal Richards, Cathy, Roy Myers, Ricky Frye, Chasity Frye, Lori, Steve Owens, Lisa Richards and Willie Collins; and her sister Joyce Maxine Kirpatrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren, and great- great-grandchildren.
