He is survived by: his mother Lilly Ann Leach Snell (Roger Pitts) of Murfreesboro; his wife Lesly Ann Brown Underhill of Liberty; his children, Mary Beth Underhill (Clarence Webb) of Liberty and Dustin Kane Underhill of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Tanner Hill, Skye Underhill, Greyson Underhill, Wynter Underhill, Lexi Underhill, Kenleigh Underhill and Dustin Underhill; his sisters, Jennifer Dover (Tim) of Dickson and Crystal McAll (J. J.) of Carthage; his stepmother Wilma Underhill of Murfreesboro; and his stepbrother Byron McClain of Franklin.
