He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Malone and Pauline Foster Malone. He is survived by: his wife Rita Laws Malone of Liberty; his children, Susan VanDyne (Danny) of Liberty, Charlotte Malone of Sparta and Dale Pack of Algood; his grandchildren, Brian Pack (Bradley Pack), Cody Pack of Smithville, Kirstyn Pack Vanatta of Smithville and Hannah VanDyne (Danny VanDyne); his great grandchild Addie Pack of Dowelltown; his brother Carl Malone (Brenda) of Dowelltown; and his niece Cynthia Taylor (Ceylon) of Dowelltown.
Due to Covid-19 precautions, social distance measures will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with burial expenses.
