He is survived by: his parents, Eve Moore (Sam) of Woodbury and Larry Grizzle of Woodbury; his brother Allen Moore of Woodbury; and his aunts and uncles, Jim Flesher (Misty) of McMinnville, Joey Moore of Woodbury, Steve Grizzle of Woodbury, Renee Arnold, Vanessa Grizzle of Woodbury and Laketia Grizzle of Shelbyville.
