He was predeceased by: his parents, Odus Gilmore and Ora Nonnie Hayes Campbell; and his brother Truman Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Annie Bell Malone Campbell; his children, Randy Campbell (Cheryl), Carol Hale (Jamie) and Susan Johnson (Danny Bond); his grandchildren, Jacob Hale, Joshua Johnson (Katie), Amy Hall, Cassie Brown (Bradley), Leah Schitter (Damein) and Kelley Carter (Derek); his great grandchildren, Katie, Tesa Hall, Lucas Hale, Hannah, Hailey Brown, Nathan, Jack Johnson, Olivia, Scarlett, Adeline Schitter, Brayden and Kye Carter; and his sister Mary Clark (Jimmy).
In addition to flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Salem Baptist Church, in memory of Jack.
