She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Skipper; her parents, E. E. "Elsie" Allsup and Grace Vernon Allsup; and her sister-in-law Betty Allsup. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Todd (Tom Markin) of Lexington; her brother Howard Allsup of Dickson; her grandson Cody Todd (Amber) of Lexington; her great grandchildren, Wilder and Wyatt Todd; her stepgrandchildren, Meghan and Kyle Markin; her sisters-in-law, Blondine Simmons of Hawkinsville and Joyce Thompson of Chester; her nieces and nephews, Butch Allsup, Kent Allsup (Susan), Lena Garland (Ron), Wayne Simmons, Alicia Campbell, Elaine Carroll and Linda Graham; and her close friend Lynlee Hilliard.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
