He was predeceased by: his father Hudie Lavern "Buck"; and his brothers, Jerry Mask and Ricky Mask. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Mask; his daughters, Amanda Wood (Danal) of Lexington and Terri Lynn Hendrix of Paris; and his grandchildren, Allie Wood, Rylee Shell and Marlee Shell.
