She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Wood and Judy Veteto Wood; her grandparents, Robert Wood, Opal Jowers Wood, Buddy and Dartha Veteto; her father-in-law Donald "Don" Robert Morris of Jackson, TN; and her uncle Jerry Veteto.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Morris; her son Cody Morris; her grandchildren, Lemmy Kay and Baker Morris; her siblings, Greg Wood and Cristy Baggett (Joe); her aunt Wanda Powers (Danny); her mother-in-law Pat Morris of Jackson, TN; her brothers-in-law, Mel Morris of Jackson, TN and Andy Morris (Charity) of Jackson, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Landen Baggett (Selena), Heath Morris, Noah Morris, Elijah Morris, Hannah Grace Morris, Ellie Joy Morris and Isabell Morris.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Stanfill Funeral Home and Cremation (200 Pine Dr, Lexington, TN 38351).
In lieu of flowers, Teresa made special requests for donations to be made to St. Jude Cancer Research Hospital or, as she was an avid animal lover, to Frances Halbrook Hensley Animal Shelter in Lexington, TN.
