He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Maddox and Elizabeth Maddox; his son Kenneth Wayne Maddox; and his grandson Brandon Alan Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Maddox; his children, Vicki Darlene Maddox and Jeffry Alan Maddox; his grandchildren, Brittany Michelle Maddox, Kenneth Wayne Maddox II, James Taverner Maddox, Melanie Duron, James Tyler Hill and Cody Allen Russell; and his great grandchildren, Dakota Brennan Maddox, Kenlee Grace Maddox, Josie Keeton Maddox, Coraline Nichole Maddox and James Beau Maddox.

We so enjoyed your friendship thru the years especially when we were all at Eastwood Pentecostal Church in Lake Charles and after you moved back to Jackson and we moved back to Monroe, and thru the years by phone.
