She was predeceased by: her father Sammy Melton; her siblings, Keith Dunivan and Amanda Lindsey; her child Breana Renae Pearson; and her grandparents, Mavie B. Melton, James Eli Melton, Virgina Grimsley Rogers and Edward Rogers.
She is survived by: her mother Betty June Rogers-Whitaker; her siblings, John Whitaker, Jill Dunivan-Belew and Starr Whitaker-Nesby; her son Joseph Parker; and her grandson Isacc Parker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Stanfill Funeral Home & Cremation (200 Pine Dr, Lexington, TN 38351).
