He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edward and Alice Mae Owens. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Louise Owens; his son Robert Damon Owens; and his grandson Grayson Owens.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
