He is survived by: his wife Kathy Duke; his children, Ladona Massengill (Jody), Paula Kristina Gilliland (Chris), Keith Duke (Tiffany), Kevin Duke (Roneice) and Rickie Duke; his stepsons, Scotty McKnight (Cassie), Shawn McKnight (Hannah) and Jonathan McKnight (Heaven); and his siblings, Darren Duke, Peggy Reeves, Floretta Renfroe and Theresa Duke. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
