He is survived by: his wife Vickie Bultman; his children, Preston Lee Bultman, II, Travis Lee Morris (Marie), Brandi Marie Butlman and Courtney Marie Reese; and his siblings, Colleen Bultman and Lonnie Bultman (Gail).
