She is survived by: her husband Gregory of Lexington; her children, Nikki Smith (Trey), Amanda Blankenship (Jeremy), LaVie, Rose Hakes (Jon), Kaley Byrum (Lucas) and Allen Lyons; her grandchildren, Elliot, Van Ottress Byrum, Maggie, Weston, John Warren Smith and Brandon Lyons; her brother Patrick O'Brien; and her nieces and nephews, Denise Fullman and Kelly Stoehr.
