She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Garber and Dorothy Garber (Crass); her sister Linda Schatzer (Charles Halters, Sr.); and her son Victor C. Halters. She is survived by: her children, Charlie Halters, Jr. (Amy) and Dorothy Bell (David); her siblings, Bonnie Ryan (Dennis), Daniel Garber III and Gary Garber; and her grandchildren, Shea Spivey, Donovan Spivey, Charles Halters III (Trey), Caleb Halters and Rebecca Halters (Becca). She is also survived by her family, watching her children play sports and her grandchildren.
The family has request in lieu of flowers for donations to be given to the Frances Hensley Animal Shelter of the animal shelter of your choice.
