He was predeceased by: his parents, E. C. Screws and Florence Screws. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hallman Screws; his children, Alicia Love (David) of Memphis, Cindy Feathers (Kenneth) of Adamsville, Amy Parker (Rod) of Jackson and Clark Screws (Melinda) of Morris Chapel; and his siblings, Marion "Buddy" Screws, Tommy Screws, David Screws and Mary Catherine Owings. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
