He is survived by: his half-sister Prudence Parnell; his wife Elizabeth; his stepsons, Stanley James and Steven James; and his daughters, Catherine Patricia Slone (Gary), Barbara Ellen Hilliard (David) and Margaret. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
