He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sullivan (Holmes) of Union City; his children, Dr. Ty Sullivan (Tonya) of Indianapolis, Sheridan S. Siefert (Todd) of Nashville, Joanna S. Callis (Steve) of Atlanta and Dr. Gabe Sullivan (Amy) of Union City; his grandchildren, Victoria Sullivan, Andrew Sullivan, Sydney Siefert, Anniston Siefert, Colson Siefert, Miller Callis, Owen Callis, Charlotte Callis, Curry Sullivan, Jasper Sullivan and Minnie Sullivan; his sisters, Kaye Rhodes (Bill) of Lexington and Sue Pflasterer (Dave) of Troy, Missouri.; and also Christian.
