He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elkoe, Mary Katherine Hendrix, Arlie and Annie Mae Neely; and his niece Angel Marie Stafford.
He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Hendrix and Vicky Neely Hendrix; his siblings, Tanya Stafford (Larry) and Jason Blackwell (Michelle); his nieces and nephews, Haley, Megan, Caroline, Skyler, Rusty and Keagan; and his close friend Isabelle Behning.
