He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Geraldine Ellis, Ed Hopper, Euther Middleton and Elvie Barker; and his stepgrandfather Wayne Stiles.
He is survived by: his son Gabriel Middleton of Lexington; his parents, Gary Paul and Teresa Middleton of Texas; his stepgrandmother Sharon Stiles of Texas; and his siblings, Kimberly Vineyard (Brian) of Lexington, Sabrina Murray of Kentucky, Joseph Gore IV of Parsons, Gary Middleton (Amber) of Missouri, Shane Middleton of Indiana and Jeffery Middleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
