He is survived by: his wife Crystal Garner Azbill; his mother Shirley Hensley Azbill; his children, Chris Azbill (Opal), Jason Azbill, Jacob Powers (Kyra), Matt Azbill, Dustin Azbill (Tiffany), Randal Azbill, Ashelie Hunter (Danny), Abby Hart (Cody) and Vanessa Pulley (Josh); and his siblings, Timmy Azbill and Crissy Fuller. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
